Colour Maps for Comex & Google
Comex (Mexico’s #1 paint store) partnered with Google to transmit the colourful spirit of Mexico in their own streets. That’s when Colour Maps was born – an interactive map allowing customers to discover different colour palettes using the Google Street View engine.
The project involved an innovative social action, whereby entire blocks were literally painted using Comex paints helping lower income classes to revitalize their homes.
Molistudio were invited to Art Direct and design the neighbourhoods for the animation promo presented at Cannes Lions 2016 (and yes, the Colour Maps idea was good enough to bag JWT a Gold and Bronze Cannes Lion).
